The Role

As a Youth Worker, you will:

• Provide person-centred support in residential and community settings
• Work with young people with complex needs and behaviours of concern
• Empower youth and people with disabilities to achieve their personal goals
• Deliver compassionate, trauma-informed support
• Work flexible shifts, including AM, PM, Night, and Sleepover

What You’ll Need

• Diploma or higher in Community Services, Youth Work, Mental Health, or related field
• Experience managing Behaviours of Concern (BOC)
• Required Documentation:
• Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• National Police Check (within 12 months)
• Current First Aid & CPR
• COVID-19 Vaccination Record
• Driver’s licence and own transport (preferred)
